Nature has always been kind to its lovers and admirers. It has always been ready to offer them with whatever it has for them to shower with. But it is up to us how much we can take it! How much we can endeavor!
Owning varieties of beautiful landscapes and Himalayan panorama, trekking in Nepal has always been a topic of interest around the globe. The world’s highest peak- Mt. Everest and other towering picks has always allured millions of trekkers around. But trekking along these trials is not always easy. Every trial has its own demand. Some trials are easy; some are moderate while others are strenuous and more than strenuous. The physical endurance required to accomplish a trek differs from one to another.
Therefore, you need to make a right choice knowing your level of physical endurance. On the basis of the physical endurance required, we have categorized treks into following six categories:

EASY TREK
In this category of trek, you walk in the well maintained walking trails or can say it village trails with well managed pavements or sometimes in rough motor-able or mountain biking roads. There will be plenty of good accommodation facilities during the trek. The maximum elevation gain rises  up to 3 500 m and the trekking hour ranges are in between 4 to 5 hours per day and trek duration ranging in between a week long to 10 days maximum . You do not need to worry about the Acute Mountain Sickness (AMS) but requires a good walking habit in ups and downs. In case of fatigue or some health problem, you can find the land transport very easily to the City.

MEDIUM TREK
In this category of trek, you walk in the well maintained walking trails or can say it remote village trails with well managed pavements or sometimes stiff climbing and descending. There will be  basic lodge and tea house accommodation facilities during the trek. The maximum elevation gain rises  up to 4 500 m and the trekking hour ranges in between 6 to 7 hours per day and trek duration ranges 10 days to 15 days long maximum . You passes at least one high passes without any technical difficulties so it requires very good walking habit and need well acclimatization to avoid AMS. Our Itineraries are prepared with inputs of experienced guides and clients so that enough days are allocated  to adapt the high altitude.

DEMANDING TREK
In this category all requirements are as same as Medium level Trek but elevation level increases up to (5 500 m) and takes long hours to cross a pass and trekking duration are mostly long up to three weeks. This type of trek is mix of Great Himalayan Trails (GHT)’s  GHT Mountain Trails and GHT High Altitude Trail.

Manaslu Circuit Trek (18 Days and Extended Tsum Valley 23 Days)
Everest Base Camp Trek (15 Days with Flight, 21 Days using KTM-Phaplu Bus/Jeep)
Gokyo Valley Trek ( 14 days with Flight and 20 Days using KTM-Phaplu Bus/Jeep)
ADVENTURE TREK
The trekkers must be able to have high physical endurance with knowledge of climbing and dealing with the difficult and challenging terrain. The hiking elevation  can rises from 4500m to 5500 m and multiple high passes have to cross in a same trekking itinerary therefore Trekker should be able to withstand cold and some times requires use of technical skills such as rope, crampons etc. These treks are generally suitable for the experienced trekkers.
